The bee design was hand-drawn, manipulated in a 3D modeling program, then 3D printed in an eco-friendly plant-based plastic, made from sugarcane and corn.

The bee measures less than 2 inches in length and 1.3 inches in width. The wings are slightly curved, a process I achieve by heating the the earrings post printing.  The findings are a hypoallergenic stainless steel, great for people with sensitive ears.
